Website Restructure & Booking System
Revamping Freya Clinic’s website and systems improved client clarity, streamlined bookings, and boosted revenue while reducing operational costs.

Freya Clinic needed to create a smoother and more professional experience for their clients. They wanted a system where clients could easily choose the right nutritionist package, book appointments online, and have everything seamlessly integrated. This included automating emails, syncing calendars, linking client notes, and building a comprehensive portfolio—all without adding extra costs.
At the time, they relied on Shopify and a third-party booking app, but the system wasn’t working efficiently. Clients could book appointments, but payment had to be requested manually afterward, creating unnecessary delays. Freya Clinic wanted an all-in-one solution where payments and bookings were handled in one step, automatically updating their booking system. However, their current app couldn’t deliver these features, leaving both clients and staff frustrated.
Another hurdle was the lack of clarity in their packages. They offered three tiers—low, mid, and high range—which could be customised after purchase, but the options weren’t clearly explained. This confused potential clients and made it difficult for them to see how each package could meet their specific needs.
Freya Clinic also struggled with service complexities. They offered two main services: testing (a physical product with a long turnaround time) and consultations (their core service). Some clients wanted a combination of both, where test results guided the consultation process. The clinic needed a booking system that accounted for testing delays and gathered the right information from clients upfront, while remaining easy for staff to manage. Ultimately, they needed a user-friendly backend system that minimised manual tasks and supported their growing business.

Website Overhaul We restructured the website to make it clear and intuitive. Clients could immediately understand who Freya Clinic was, what they offered, and how to get started. Key improvements included reorganising the homepage, moving detailed information to an "About Us" page, enhancing navigation, and selecting visuals that better aligned with the brand. These updates made browsing more seamless and engaging.
Clearer Product Offerings We simplified the product line to address client needs directly. By identifying the women’s health issues each package targeted, we created messaging that highlighted benefits and solved specific pain points. This clarity not only helped clients choose the right package but also made the offerings more marketable and easier to promote.
Streamlined Booking System We researched and implemented a new booking app from Shopify’s library. This app balanced affordability, ease of use, and compatibility with tools like Google Drive and Klaviyo. The updated system handled scheduling, payment processing, and automated communication, ensuring a smooth booking journey for both clients and staff.
Efficient Client Management The new booking system couldn’t automatically create customer profiles to store notes. To solve this, we developed a creative workaround using Google Drive, linking it to Shopify customer profiles. While this introduced a manual step, it greatly reduced overall manual workflows compared to the previous system. It also made the experience more interactive for Freya Clinic clients and was significantly more cost-effective than their previous booking system.
Automated Email Campaigns We set up Klaviyo email automations to address abandoned carts, encourage completed checkouts, and re-engage browsing clients. These campaigns were tailored to improve client interaction and boost conversions, creating a more engaging and professional experience.

I helped Freya Clinic transform their online presence with a friendly, strategic approach that increased engagement, attracted clients, and boosted revenue.

With the Freya Clinic website revamped and ready to go, the team faced the next challenge: establishing realistic and sustainable revenue targets while crafting a compelling marketing message to attract new leads. They needed a clear strategy to capitalise on the upcoming New Year season—a time when health and wellness take centre stage as many clients look to set new goals and invest in their well-being.
The goal was to position Freya Clinic as the go-to solution for women’s nutritional health, leveraging the "New Year, New You" mindset. This required a deep understanding of their target audience, aligning their offerings with seasonal trends, creating messaging that resonated emotionally while highlighting the clinic’s unique approach, and educating clients about the benefits of their services Additionally, the team sought a plan that was not only impactful but also practical, ensuring long-term growth and client retention beyond the festive season.

To address these challenges, we began by setting achievable revenue goals through a strategy session that identified the business's overall overhead costs. This back-to-basics approach clarified their financial foundation and ensured a realistic starting point.
We established three tiers of revenue targets—low, medium, and high—each tied to a timeline beginning with the attainable low target. This gave the team clear milestones, building confidence and momentum. Monthly sales targets were then calculated, focusing on revenue generation rather than volume, allowing the team to maintain quality service without overwork.
To align with these targets, we pinpointed the products most likely to drive revenue. Drawing on the client’s expertise, we crafted a seasonal message: "renewing the gut." This theme resonated with their audience and provided a natural transition into a "refresh your gut" campaign for the post-Christmas period.
This strategy not only supported the clinic’s financial goals but also created an emotional connection with their audience, leveraging the New Year as a key seasonal opportunity.
With the message in place, we strategised the most effective channels and tactics to bring it to life. The strategy focused on five key components:
Creating a taster session event for the Gut Health Programme at a local venue, managed through Eventbrite, to generate interest and engagement.
Developing an education-driven Instagram content strategy to enhance brand awareness and position Freya Clinic as a trusted thought leader in gut health. Leading up to Christmas, this strategy prioritised engaging, educational content tailored to the season while subtly weaving in promotional messages for the taster event and programme. After Christmas, the focus shifted towards a stronger sales-driven approach, aligning with the New Year health goals of their audience.
Strategically placing posters in local venues and establishments that aligned with the Freya Clinic brand and attracted their target audience.
Implementing a Klaviyo pop-up form to capture leads and drive client engagement.
Offering a giveaway incentive for the taster session to encourage sign-ups and build excitement.
These combined efforts ensured a cohesive approach to achieving Freya Clinic’s goals, both financially and in terms of brand positioning.

Freya Clinic needed an interactive workbook to use with their clients during programme sessions. The workbook design needed to be engaging, easy to navigate, and allow for interaction between the clients and the Freya Clinic team both during and outside of sessions

Using the original Recovery Method workbook template as a starting point, I redesigned the workbook in Canva to better align with the brand guidelines. Key improvements included:
Partitioning each section with a distinct colour scheme based on the brand’s colour palette.
Ensuring proper use of brand fonts throughout the workbook.
Reformatting the content to make it more digestible and client-friendly.
Creating an interactive contents page, allowing clients to seamlessly navigate to the sections they needed most.
Adding an interactive food diary section, essential to the programme, enabling clients to actively track and manage their dietary habits.
Once the workbook design was approved, we encountered a challenge: making it accessible to both the Freya Clinic team and their clients without incurring the additional cost of interactive PDF software. Leveraging the existing integration of Google Drive within the customer profile system, I suggested importing the workbook into Google Slides. This solution preserved the workbook’s formatting while allowing both parties to interact with the document in real-time, both during and outside of sessions.

At Peace Healing needed a website to showcase their offerings and serve as a foundation for their growing business. The website had to be easy to manage once handed over, allowing the client to take control of updates and maintenance. Additionally, the platform needed to support the integration of a flexible scheduling system, promote upcoming events, and have the scalability to expand into digital memberships, workbooks, and audio purchases when the business was ready to grow.
Ensuring the content was digestible and aligned with the brand’s holistic ethos was the most important challenge in this project.

I recommended Squarespace as the platform for this service-based business due to its seamless integration for digital memberships, user-friendly interface, and scalability for future growth. To simplify updates, I created reusable templates, ensuring consistency and ease of use for the client.
The project’s core focus was crafting digestible, on-brand content. Through strategy sessions, we analysed workbooks and Instagram content to align with the client’s voice. I wrote engaging website copy, starting with an insightful homepage that clearly outlined the client’s services. For the Holistic Healing Protocol, I developed a detailed breakdown with narrative visuals featuring a single client to guide readers.
Additionally, I set up Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console, linking them to the Squarespace site and social platforms. This allowed the client to track performance, manage data, and prepare for future growth.
When new ideas arose, I provided clear options, outlining costs, pros, and cons. This collaborative approach ensured informed decisions, avoided unnecessary expenses, and kept the project aligned with goals.
